Organization:
The Executive Board shall appoint a five member Nominating Committee. Initially, the committee will have members serving 5 year, 4 year, 3 year, 2 year, and 1 year terms, with members being appointed to five year terms to fill the vacancies as they occur.
The Chair of the Nominating Committee shall be selected by the committee and shall be responsible for calling meetings as needed.
Purpose:
The Committee shall seek out, interview, and present prospective candidates, to ensure that qualified, willing, and available people are placed in positions on the various board, committee, and in the offices of the Association.
The committee must have its work completed and submitted to the Executive Board by March 1.
